Toronto residents, my wife and I decided to explore moving to Sackville in late 2024. Neither of us were familiar with the town or its wonderful natural setting, so we surveyed online sites and photos and reviewed several current real estate listings. Three looked promising: two bordered the waterfowl park, the third overlooked the Quarry. I contacted an agent who listed the ones by the marsh, a most desirable location for us, and I flew to Sackville one cold, snowy day in early January to have a look.

On arrival, I failed to connect with the agent. No reply to my numerous messages. What to do? So I contacted Grace who had listed the Quarry home (not my online favorite) and she was glad to show it.
